The Community Outreach Partnership Center (COPC) presents a Workshop for
Teenagers!
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!!!!!
What Are You Going To Do When You Turn 18?
Go To Work, Go To College, or Go Into The Military?
Date: Thursday, March 14, 2002
Time: 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Place: Central City Complex- 730 East Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
There will be three presentations that will inform teenagers about the choices
available after graduation from high school. After lunch teenagers will have a
"reality check".
"Reality Check" is a simulation allowing teenagers the opportunity to
experience their future in a fun and exciting way. "Reality Check" is provided
by the UTC Center for Community Career Education.
The success of this workshop will depend substantially upon the support of
volunteers. If you are willing and able to sacrifice a few hours during Spring
Break (Thursday, March 14) the COPC can utilize your talent. Call us!
