Yep and if that were all that was in the headers you would be exactly right
but it werent.  In any case, turning on confirmation (you have to
acknowledge and e-mail sent to the address with which you subscribed) will
probably stop most of this sort of 'attack.'  I can go further if the wish
members list it but dont particularly see the need.
