If not flying through Terminal B, I always stay on foot and make use of
the moving sidewalks as much as possible. For me, it's maybe ten minutes
max from C-29 to the far end of Terminal D with a rollaboard and backpack,
if the sidewalks are operating. YMMV.
By shuttle, do you mean the underground train? If so, I don't know if
it's entirely within the security zone, but I suspect it would be. CO
doesn't even include it on their terminal maps, though, so its utility is
