The Eastcliffe is not that deep (40 to 70 feet I think) and the current is
really only a factor on the descent. Its further east near Morrisburgh ON.
I think you are thinking of the Roy A Jodery, depth is 130 to 240 feet -
not a recreational dive for most folk, certainly not for me, haven't dove
it :-) It's near the Coast Guard Station in Alexandria Bay NY.
