Many thanks, but got only
               Information FAILED
in cstm for all Memory cards.
I suppose stm cannot handle 99x servers ... or has someone better
experiences ?

Go into cstm, type "map", and then do "sel dev ###" (where "###" should be
replaced with first column number (dev num) corresponding to memory.  Type
map again and make sure an asterisk shows left to all memory lines.  Then
type "info" and exit cstm.  Go back in sysinfo and try again.
