  So far I've seen:

1. Most (not all, but most) of my customers are sitting tight for now.
They feel that they have plenty of time to decide what to do. Only
one big customer is actively making migration plans (and even then
its going to take a while!).

2. Most (again, not all, but most) of my customers have been contacted
by a HP sales rep. In at least one case it was a rep they didn't even
know they had! Of course, these reps are asking about their plans
and whether or not HP is included in them. They are trying to determine
what products/services they can offer them in both the short and
   long term.

3. Some (smaller subset than the above items) of my customers have had
either HP's Professional Services Organization, or a third party
brought in by HP to start talking migration strategies. None have
progressed far enough yet to talk costs/time-lines/etc.

4. Interex has a new SIG (Migrate) setup to help people with migration
related issues. HP has assigned a liaison to this new SIG and will
work with them on whatever issues are brought forward. So far though,
only a few items have been submitted for inclusion on an SIB (the term
SIB is not all together accurate here as migration related items may
not necessarily translate into an "improvement" of the existing e3000
platform). If there is anything in particular you want (assuming it
is related to migrating off the e3000), then this is the place to ask.

Just my $.02 worth.
