Are you looking at both on the same terminal/terminal emulation?
Some HP terminals, notoriously, did not support the 'security' feature.
Also, some managements, conscious of potential cost-savings, deem that
company copies of Reflection should be set to emulate only these
less-expensive terminals, at least when in use by lower-echelon
staff....
