Hi HP3000-L,

Both sets of dueling proxy packages have finally arrived here (two sets from
Carly, one set from Walter, and counting), so permit me to ask a really dumb
proxy vote question.

As relates to just the merger question, does it matter whose proxy I return?
I.e. sending a Yes vote to Carly is the same as sending a Yes vote to Walter?
And sending a No vote to Carly is the same as sending a No vote to Walter?

Though I suppose there would be superior "poke in the eye with a sharp stick"
value if I were to send Yes votes to Walter or No votes to Carly. ;-)

But I guess the real deciding factor is whether or not you want to give Walter
proxy voting rights for any other votes that come up at the meeting.

- Mark B. (who knows much more about software than about stock proxies)
