I have also had good success with configuring one LP device
in SYSGEN as HPTCPJD to satisfy the requirement that at least
one device in SYSGEN must be of class LP. If that was not a
really existing network printer, I used OPENQ LP and DOWN 6
in my SYSSTART file.
