The following article is fairly interesting.  A group of Mac users are suing
Apple over promises that were made concerning Apple's (then forthcoming) OS/X
being fully optimized for the G3 models that Apple was then selling.

This seems similar enough to HP's promises that MPE would be ported to IA-64
that the case would seem to have great relevance to us.  It would seem that
anyone who bought a 3000 (in California at least) after the IA-64
announcement a couple years ago might have a substantial case against HP if
this suit holds up.
