Does your dot matrix printer have a networkconnection at the moment? If not we
recommend our clients to use
external Hewlett Packard jetdirect boxes.

Ones you have done that, I can help you further by direct email. I will keep
the newsgroup posted, but I have only
Usenet access at home and not at work right now.
