I received a phone call from Jeff's dad just now (10:45), indicating
Jeff is still in critical condition and that the family is not holding
much hope.

Sue and I will be meeting Jeff's mom at the regular visiting hour of
12:30 today (only family members can visit him in the ICU) and visit
Jeff with the hope that he'll be awake to respond, as his dad said
he was able to, yesterday.

I'll post an update after our visit.
