So,
if nobody is to blame,
nobody did anything wrong,
it is nobody's fault

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

The boss is the boss and should be responsible for the work of the troops.
He gets the bonus if they succeed and the blame if they fail.
(If I'd fail so often, my boss would fire me and I hope he would)
Cause they are hers/his troops and he wanted or kept them.
If Winston or Harry weren't satisfied with the result of marketing and/or
sales, maybe they should have fired some and hired others.
According to the latest development, HP fired the "poor" performers.
In another issue somebody just wrote, that he/she hasn't seen an salesperson
for the 3000 in 10 years!!! In the same time, how many ad's have we seen
about the 3000 in the computerworld or WSJ?
Maybe they (boss) should have hired some marketing people from Microsoft or
Oracle or Dell.

Just my opinion.

Michael
