Never passing up an opportunity to look dumb:

A does 1/3 room/hr.
B does 1/4 room/hr.

Equals 4/12 + 3/12 = 7/12 per hr.

Complete room = 12/12 or 1 & 5/12 hrs.

So.. 1hr & 25 min.
