No, actually, I meant Days but I was exaggerating a little.  I think we got about 3 weeks out of the first set of double-a's, but we work it pretty hard, many hours a day, and some part of that is gaming.
Actually, the other thing to remember is that this is an optical mouse, not the ball type.  And Denys is right, it only comes on when you're holding it.
