Hi Denys,

I love my Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer. It works fine even when the receiver is buried under a pile of clutter on my desk. I've had good luck with it where I sometimes had problems with the logitech mouse. The only complaint so far is that it seems battery hungry, but they still last several days.

I would simply bite the bullet and use the mouse as is. I would also like to know how this mouse works out for you, as I am interested in getting one.
