On occasion I have used certificate stock that is 8x12 and have successfully
found standard 8x12 certificate frames in Hobby Lobby and Michael's
craft stores.  You might even check office supply stores that sometimes
sell the certificate stock. There's not a wide selection, but I have found
them.
