Assuming that a substantial percentage of your data is represented by
TurboIMAGE data bases, it could be done quite adequately - as long as
another system was available to act as a temporary "staging" area for the
conversion.

It would also require the implementation of transaction logging on your
largest data bases.

The essential idea is that you restore your system (including the data
bases) to the autoraid from a current full backup - then apply the
transaction log file during the cutover procedure.

There are other details that need to be addressed but they are easily dealt
with.
