For those who have an Apache Web Server on their HP3000, there is a handy
new IMAGE utility.

TBASE produces a cross reference listing of a database in three sections:

 1) Datasets Summary;
 2) Items;
 3) Datasets Detail with items.

TBASE gives a complete dataset summary in alphabetic order by dataset name.

Datasets have type, length of the record, number of records, capacity, and %
full in both the Summary and Detail sections.

ITEMS are listed with their type (eg: x8, j2, etc) in both the Items
Section and the Datasets Detail Section.

The Items Section lists all sets associated with the item.

No passwords are shown.

The %Full will be marked in red for capacities 75% and greater.

TBASE will indicate whether or not TPI (Third Party Indexing) is available
or not, and if available will specify if TPI is on or off.

For Omnidexed TPI on, Omnidex items will be listed with associated datasets
in the ITEMS Section.

The utility was developed for our end user community, where they need these
specifications to build reports for Data Express and other report writers.

Details of the utility, including source, compilation details, sample
output, and sample forms for posting, may be found at:
