I'm going to try and say this with as little acrimony as I can, so if you
think I'm bashing HP, it must be in your head, not mine.

It is my understanding that only currently supported models of the HP e3000
are eligible for these trade-in programs, and in fact, it may that only
currently *sold* HP e3000's are eligible.  At least that is what I've read.

As for Classics and 9x7's (I believe that they are not supported any more?),
if you're running one of them you are not really an HP customer so don't
expect any deals from HP.

And, actually, it won't be HP you'll be dealing with anyway, will it?  I
mean, the last time we bought new HP systems, we had to deal with a VAR.
