I totally agree.
But like I said earlier, much earlier, I don't think the 9000's will have
the same life span the 3000 has had. It will die an even quicker death.
This is just my 'hunch; gut feeling' or maybe I've been listening to too
many 'little birds'.
If HP continues with the internal gutting they will have to farm out all
their R&D. Can't support O/S on the pennies they get for printer cartridge
purchases and desktop printers.

And why hasn't any HP sales rep been banging on the door or tying up the
phone lines since Nov 14. Not from corporate, not from VARs not from
nobody. Does the 9000 sell the same way, word of mouth, no active
salesmanship from HP?
Still rolling.
How is CSY going to support us come Nov 1, 2003 since they receive no money
from support but only from new sales? Will CSY be dependent on the kindness
of strangers to continue operations until Dec 31, 2006, or could their
funding in a lean time at HP be gone with the wind. (Bad Mike, too many
movie quotes for one e-mail).
Still in a hissy fit mood.
