Recently every UTC employee got a letter from the provost that states
his/her salary effective January 2002.
While this might represent a little step for each employee, it is certainly
a GIANT step for UTC as an institution.
I thank Chancellor Stacy and his team for their leadership and foresight.

I thank God for little mercies.
