NOTICE:
The campus network will be down from 6 AM to 8 AM Thursday Jan 31, 2002.
This will affect all campus networked devices and Internet connections.

You may see network connections available before 8 AM Thursday, but
interruptions of service may still occur until 8 AM.  Do not depend
upon the network to be reliable until 8 AM.

This down time will be used to replace some boards in core network
equipment that have been a continuing source of network problems.
