Dad was so sweet to junior, saying in a nice
reasonable tone, "If you don't get certified you know
you'll be really upset next month when the rest of us
are diving in Hawaii & you have to snorkel..." Ya
gotta love parents.

(with 2 kids certified & neither will dive with dear
old dad anymore)
