The motel at that location has been a Best Western affiliate since I've known it,
and I tend to call them by "Best Western" rather than their surname.  <g>

Last time I was there (last winter) it was under new ownership and undergoing
extensive rebuilding.   Lots of paint, new boats, etc.  Probably a new name too.
Haven't been back since the construction finished.   It's certainly the closest to
King's Spring, as you can see the spring markers from their dock.
