If you read the prior paragraph in the article again, you'll understand
the price. There is nothing in the GNU license that prohibits one from
charging what the market will bear for support and service of open
source software. It only requires that you "make the source available".
In this case, I think most of the cost is the "support, consulting and
engineering services".
