I agree 100%!!!!

Even if a HP 3000 site is still using OLD gear, they WOULD have been a
potential customer.  Dismissing existing customers while looking only for
"new business" has long been a problem at HP.  It has meant that the sales
force looses contact with those potential customers and misses an
opportunity to convert them into a sale.

If there are truly that many HP 3000 sites using unsupported old classic
hardware, that means there has been a real failure on the part of the HP
sales force.
