Wirt,

As far as funding is concerned, we should first fund a feasibility study to
determine both our financial and technical direction.  With 35-50 people and
some committees in specific areas, we should be able in 6 months layout the
full direction.  On July 4,2002, we should have a plan ready.

Personally, $2 million is underfunded development project.  Free or nearly
free does not work as a funding source for an ongoing business.



NOW, this would be a valid project for INTEREX; don't ya think?
Or did I miss the boat, aircraft carrier, on this one?
