You may want to look at a product called "DriveWorks" by VCom.
It does backups,copies,resizing and moving of partions. I have
not had a problem with it.

In one case I saw, someone tried to repartition some logical drives on a
Win2K machine. The partitions were ntfs. Every single file on one of the
drives was gone after Partition Magic was done.
