Just to keep the record straight, it was Standard Oil that was broken up
and whose offspring brought increased value - US Steel "won" its
antitrust suit and was not broken up and subsequently lost market share.

And I have personally never seen any legitimate evidence that government
economic diktats, taken as a whole, have brought any net increase in
value to society.
