If I am not mistaken, QUAD is part of the contributed software library
at Interex.

If you are a member, you can download it free of charge.

We lost our NMPRG version of QUAD and have only PROG versions. We
arelooking for a recent version of QUAD with file code NMPRG and which
does not inaccurately report:

  Read error on text file QUADTEXT
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
  Error in procedure QKGETREC
  Line numbers out of sequence on file
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

This can happen on any numbered file, but happens most frequently on
files
with file code
EDTCT.
