itrc web site

I have tried to bring up the itrc web site (itrc.hp.com) to register for
MPE/ix 7.0 patch digest.  I tried twice yesterday and once so far today.  I
still have yet to see the web page.

Is it just me?  Or does the web site really suck?  I thought the normal
www.hp.com was slow, but the itrc is so bad that after today I will give up
trying if I never get into it.
