I love the comaradie on this list. I want to thank everyone who offered
suggestions on how I could get a descending sort.

I'd been using this SPL routine since 1979 and there was no documentation
that came with it. Ted Ashton was kind enough to send this - which I have
saved in the PUB group right next to BASSORT, Jim Muro and Rich Trapp also
helped.

I hope that I can return the favor in the future and help someone else.
