I do not wish to belabor this issue. However, I would like to share an
incident that happened to me several years ago as a word of warning. I was
walking from a store to my car with my purse on my left shoulder (parked
cars on my right side) and a man in a car drove by and snatched my purse
and drove away. Screams!!!! No tag on the car! By a strange fluke of
events - he was later apprehended.
Lesson: always have your purse on the side where the cars are -- not on the
traffic side!!! Carry it like a football (police advice).
