With C/iX, I think the issue may be that the C/iX product never got bundled
into FOS, but the "POSIX developer's kit" may have been bundled (it was a
free upgrade at least for some period of time IIRC), and the "POSIX
developer's kit" *includes* the C/iX compiler I believe.

If that's right, then while it may be possible to purchase the C/iX
compiler, and it's almost certainly possible to pay HP for support on it
:-), it may be entirely redundant at the moment if the POSIX developer's kit
is part of FOS now.
