There is the possibility of a timeout issue. I'm not sure how to increase
the time slice for a telnet session but I believe a telnet session is
similar to a Reflection session. On older versions of Reflection I could
increase a variable to allow more time for a transmission to complete.
Good Luck

Subject: [HP3000-L] vcloseterm error
I found this question asked over by someone else here a year ago, but I did
not find any answer; so, since I am having the same problem, I will ask the
question again.
When using TELNET (and, only when using TELNET) to connect, and running
VPLUS programs, I am getting a "vcloseterm" error 10 ("terminal close
failed") on every vcloseterm call. Does anyone know what causes this and
how to fix it?
