You can not compare CPU clock speeds against different hardware architectures.
Where I used to consult, we had ~30 - 45 developers on a 32 MHz 937 (Cobol
& the usual stuff). I would be amazed to see 10 users on the Mac/Wintel
machine (plus the usual batch jobs). But remember, I like to be amazed.
