I believe at one point the CCS/C compiler was available on MPE/XL as a
Native Mode compiler, and was used as a migration tool for those who had
used the CCS variant of C on MPE/V.  I have no idea whether it still exists
of not.

Other than that, I don't believe there have been any 3rd party NM C
compilers for MPE, so your choices for compiling C on MPE today are probably
only C/iX (aka C89) from HP and the free GNU C/C++ compiler.
