Joe,

The problem is in this line here on line 47 of your JCL:

 :comment STORE @[log in to unmask]@[log in to unmask]@.SG2TEST;;STORESET=(*DTAPE1),(*DTAPE2);&

Because of the '&' in the last position the COMMENT in continued on the next
line. It also has an '&' in the last position. Basically what looks like a
STORE command to you is actually one very large comment. Add a line after
this one with nothing but a "!" on it or remove the '&'.
