I have installed HP-Eloquence v.A.06.31 and can't seem to get the
online help to work.  I did a custom install taking all the defaults
and adding the online manual options.  The host machine is a
Toshiba Laptop running Win2000proSP2.

When I open the IDE then the help index tree or table of contents
displays in the left hand pane but clicking on any of the leaves
does not produce any visible text anywhere.  Selecting help from
the menubar doesn't accomplish anything either.   Does anyone
have any suggestions?
