Printer doesn work right PLZ HELP

i have an hp 560c deskjet, everything is fine with the printer except
one thing:

when i turn it on, the printer makes a CRACK sound when the cartridge
is going back to the right, and then, all the lights in the panel
start flashing. then, i cannot reset or anything, but, when i turn it
off and on again, the printer works fine.
But if i reset the printer, the same problem happens. Itīs getting me
very frustated.
Plz, tell me how to solve this problem.
