Since I don't have Maestro, I need to write something that will input
specific dates based on the Run Date.
For example, now it's November.  I need to have my report parms be for last
month.
Since System Variables like HPYYYY seem to be Text, Can I convert to numeric
and subtract 1 for the MONTH & YEAR?
Or do I need to make a compacted !IF  !ELSE IF . . . table structure?
