I will not speculate on Ms. Fiorina's future but I will speculate on MPE's
future. MPE will outlast HP-UX. HP-UX is already in trouble from M$ o/s and
Linux. Unix is basically a Flavor of the Month that has had a very long
innings. It will be replaced by the next FotM, which may or may not break
its longetivity record. (Warhol did not say that everyone will be famous for
*only* fifteen minutes.)

MPE is not now nor ever has been a FotM. It continues to enjoy its
popularity, however limited, because what it does it does well. This will
not change.

MPE Forever!

The opinions expressed herein are my own and not necessarily those of my
employer.
