Sigh of relief!

Good. I incorporated this, with an editorial "(including IMAGE/SQL)"
to make the IMAGE folks feel explicitly welcome (this is, after all,
a resource oriented towards HP e3000 people). I also included
your comments about your work-in-progress regarding the Mac port,
to make the Mac folks feel explicitly welcome. One of the greatest
attributes of the Linux community is its open-hearted approach to
"the rest of us".

You will be sorely missed and kindly remembered. But then, again,
there is Posix for the HP e3000. Is there any chance that your great
Linux software can be ported to the HP e3000? Please see the section
on "Porting from Unix to MPE/iX" within Adager's "HP e3000 resources"
section.

Linux is, after all, "pretty close" to Unix. Should I call that
section "Porting from Unix and Linux to MPE/iX"? You are the expert,
so I
defer to your wisdom. After all these years, we have not even started
to scratch the surface regarding the potential of MPE/iX and IMAGE/SQL.
Please notice that I explicitly used the word "potential". Any
relationship to the "actual" (or "current") state of the HP e3000 is
purely coincidental. I would selfishly like to see your continued
contributions to the HP e3000 (about whish you just wrote "I love the
3000 and have some thoughts of additional products"). Perhaps we can
be creative and, via the unlikely "back door" of Linux ports to MPE/iX,
this worthy objective can be fulfilled.
