John,

The answer is that CSY decided only to market two versions of
the A-class HP e3000, and those are the 110 and 140 MHz systems.
Those two systems (including the 2-way 140 MHz A500) are meeting
the performance needs of our low-end HP e3000 customers quite
nicely.  Customers who have higher performance needs also tend
to have higher connectivity needs than the A-class can provide.
