Here are lots of examples of the kinds of things that can be done with VBA
Macros and RB scripts in Reflection.

RHP 7.0 shipped with a VBA macro samples file named samples.r1w.    The 7.0
product also shipped with several helper RB scripts.  Do a complete install
and look for files with a .RBS extension.  In particular the tech support
toolbar scripts show many useful things like making windows api calls (see
the file tsutils32.rbs).

search for sample scripts.

Also the macro/script recorder in Reflection is a great tool for
automaticing tasks.
