Mayor Bob Corker would like to invite UTC faculty, staff and students to an
upcoming Town Hall Forum:  Working with NASA-It's Not All Rocket Science on
December 7, 1-3:30 p.m. at The Chattanoogan.

This event will showcase new product opportunities, research and technology
available to area businesses through NASA and the Marshall Space Flight
Center in Huntsville.

Jim Hall, former director of the National Transportation Safety Board will
be the keynote speaker and will share experiences related to product
defects, the importance of product improvements and research.  Other
speakers and representatives from NASA and Marshall Space Flight Center
will also attend.

The forum is a public/private partnership with UTC, TVA, Blue Cross/Blue
Shield, UnumProvident, The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce and the
Chattanooga Manufacturer's Association.

The event is free to the public, but seating is limited.  To reserve seats
call 756-2121, extension 153.
