UTC Family:
November is a busy month for the Admissions Office! We have 3 major events
scheduled to get the word out about UTC.

First, a new event called Freshman Friday is scheduled for Friday, November
9th. We are matching currently enrolled students with prospective high
school seniors for a day of class, work, and student organization meetings.
In the meantime, their parents will be dazzled by our great faculty and
student service areas followed by a tour of campus. We are expecting over
250 participants for this event!

Next, our Annual Fall Visit Day is scheduled for Saturday, November 17. It
is easily the largest and best attended event all year. Students will meet
our student organizations, tour campus, view residence halls, and speak to
faculty representatives. We top this event off with tickets to see the MOCS
in football action at Finley Stadium. We have already pre-registered almost
1100 visitors for the day with two more weeks to go. WOW

Last, we've invited guidance counselors from across Tennessee and N.
Georgia to join us in Showcasing Chattanooga. We will give about 70
guidance counselors an opportunity to view this great city, speak with
faculty, and "showcase" the latest information about why UTC is so great!
We are really excited about this event...

Please mark these events on your calendars and welcome our guests to campus
in your classrooms and student organization meetings over the mext month!
Remember, it takes everyone's effort to recruit and retain talented
students to UTC!
