PROVOST SEARCH COMMITTEE

APPLICATION/NOMINATION FOR CONSIDERATION OF BEING A FACULTY REPRESENTATIVE
ON THE COMMITTEE

The Chancellor has asked that the Faculty Council recommend an individual
from each College and the Library to participate in the search for a new
provost.  By wishes of the faculty, the Council is soliciting applications
or nominations of individuals desiring and willing to be considered for
service on the search committee.  If you are interested or wish to nominate
someone, please complete the form below or send the application/nomination
via e-mail.  If you are nominating someone please be certain the
individual, if chosen, will agree to serve. Return the form to:
