See??? Truth to M$'s claims that XP will not crash as much!
"If it the software don't load, you can't crash the XP code!"

Subject: [HP3000-L] OT Bought a copy of XP yesterday
I bought the upgrade from WIN98.
First I took a winNT PC and loaded win98 on it.
XP told me it found the box had once had NT on the PC and would not load.
In addition it reported my HP printer, NIC card and several other software
products would not work with XP. Same problem I had with WIN2000, no
drivers.
It did not load and therefore did not crash. I guess I need to reformat the
disc drive.
Sorry for the waste of bandwidth.
